Kara Brown

Kara Brown has a diverse work experience in the healthcare industry. Kara currently holds the position of Clinical Director of Nurse Practitioners at ViaQuest, Inc. since September 2021. Prior to that, from August 2018 to August 2021, they worked as a Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner at Harbor. Kara also has experience as a Registered Nurse at Mercy St. Mary's from July 2017 to July 2018, and as a Staff RN at The James Cancer Center from June 2015 to July 2017.

Kara Brown holds a Master's degree in Psychiatric/Mental Health Nurse/Nursing, Nurse practitioner from The Ohio State University, which they completed between 2015 and 2018. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Nursing Science from the same institution during the year 2014-2015. Additionally, Kara holds an Associate of Applied Science degree in Nursing Science from the University of Toledo, which they earned between 1996 and 2001. Kara is certified as a Nurse Practitioner by the Ohio Board of Nursing, and they obtained a certification as a Psychiatric-Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) from the American Nurses Credentialing Center in July 2018.
