Sierra Johnson

Sierra Johnson has a diverse range of work experience, starting with their most recent role as a Community Team Lead at ViaQuest, Inc. Sierra also worked as a Therapeutic Behavioral Specialist at the same company. Prior to that, Sierra was a Registered Behavioral Technician at Hopebridge. Sierra gained experience in student leadership roles at the University of Dayton, including being a Student Leadership Ambassador at the Center for Student Involvement and a Research Assistant at the Women's Center. Sierra also interned at the University of Dayton Human Rights Center, where they focused on student engagement and awareness of human rights issues. Additionally, they worked as a Student Trainer at University of Dayton Dining Services and as an Associate at Walmart, where they provided customer service and stocked merchandise.

Sierra Johnson completed their high school education at Harold L. Richards High School from 2015 to 2019, earning a High School Diploma. Sierra then attended the University of Dayton from 2019 to 2023, where they pursued a Bachelor of Arts degree in Criminal Justice/Safety Studies. Sierra Johnson also obtained additional certifications, including Creative Problem Solving from the University of Dayton and Social and Behavioral Responsible Conduct of Research Course and Social/Behavioral Research Course from CITI Program, A Division of BRANY.
