Allyson Griffin, MA, has extensive experience in human resources and organizational leadership, currently serving as a People & Culture Operations Supervisor at Viasat since September 2019, where Allyson has held various roles including Employee Experience Partner and Senior People and Culture Representative. Prior experience includes positions as an Academic Records Specialist and Events Assistant at Point Loma Nazarene University, a Customer Associate at Anthropologie, and a summer intern in high school ministry at Hillside Community Church Rancho. Additionally, Griffin has coordinated events as an ASB Director of Activities and Design, a Wedding Event Coordinator Intern, and a Logistics Coordinator for the Campus Activities Board during their academic tenure. Griffin holds a Master of Arts in Organizational Leadership and a Bachelor of Arts in Managerial and Organizational Communications, both from Point Loma Nazarene University, complemented by a unique study experience with Semester At Sea in 2015.
