Luis Niño

Mr. Luis Niño currently serves as VIATEQ’s Director of Business Development. Mr. Niño was formerly a career diplomat and President of Eagle Tech Corp, an IT solutions provider specializing in cybersecurity. He recently completed the Emerging Leaders Program sponsored by the Small Business Administration (SBA) and received an Executive Certificate in Business Administration.

Mr. Niño holds an International Relations degree from the Central University of Venezuela, an International Negotiations Certificate from the United Nations Institute for Training and Research (UNITAR) and the Institute of Higher International Studies (IHEI), and a M.A. in International Affairs from Georgetown University.
