Bárbara Büchel

Co-Founder and Chief Impact Officer at Viatu

Bárbara Büchel is the COO and co-founder of Viatu, a company that provides women with a way to connect and share their stories. Bárbara has also previously worked as the VP, Global Business Director, and Managing Director at The Bloc and The BlocPartners. As the managing director, Büchel was responsible for ensuring the overall operational, strategic, and creative excellence of the network. Bárbara also represented the network at new business pitches and industry events. In 2016, they were selected as the Rising Star for the Healthcare Businesswomen’s Association.

Bárbara Büchel has a graduate certificate in Sustainability Studies from Harvard Extension School, a graduate certificate in Sustainable Business Strategy from Harvard Business School Online, and a Masters in Diseño, Publicidad y Estrategia de Comunicación from Universitat Pompeu Fabra. Bárbara also has a 2003 degree in Corporate Communications from The American University of Paris.

Bárbara Büchel reports to Alfredo Seidemann, Founder. They work with Jessica Tyrrell - Sustainability Manager, Lara Orsenigo - Marketing Manager, and Alessandro Giudice - Product Manager.
