Nataliia Rodionova PHRi has over 6 years of experience in Human Resources Management. Nataliia began their career in 2014 as a Human Resources Manager at NIX Solutions Ltd. In 2019, they joined Techmates Group (TMG.io) as a Human Resources Manager, where they focused on building partnerships with passionate professionals. In 2020, they moved to viax.io as a Human Resources Manager, helping manufacturers and distributors modernize their B2B operations.

Nataliia Rodionova PHRi obtained their Master's degree in Foreign Economic Activity Management from the Ukrainian Academy of Banking of the National Bank of Ukraine between 2004 and 2009.
