Shaunagh Tomlin

Shaunagh Tomlin is an accomplished human resources executive with extensive experience in talent development and organizational strategy. Currently serving as Chief People Officer at Vibes since September 2018, Shaunagh leads initiatives related to talent acquisition, compensation, performance management, and diversity, equity, and inclusion, with a focus on supporting international expansion. Previous roles include Vice President and Senior Vice President of Talent & Development at ReviewTrackers, where efforts concentrated on enhancing customer experience through data insights, and Sr. Director of Talent & Operations at Dev Bootcamp, which emphasized facilitating access to tech careers for underrepresented groups. Shaunagh's earlier career at Kaplan encompassed various leadership positions in training, academic quality, and instructional design, contributing significantly to innovative training practices.
