Jovonna Gonzalez, M.A., CMHC, is an accomplished mental health coach with extensive experience in leadership development and program management across diverse educational and organizational settings. Currently serving at Vibly, Jovonna's previous role as Training Manager at NetHope involved leading global employee capacity-building programs and fostering a culture of learning aligned with organizational goals. Prior experience includes directing programs at Galileo Learning, coordinating global travel initiatives at French American International School, and teaching IB Language and Literature at various institutions. Jovonna's background encompasses educational consultancy with the Peace Corps and holds a Master of Arts in Organizational Leadership from Gonzaga University, along with a Bachelor's Degree in English from the University of San Diego.
