Suzanne Paugh

Suzanne Paugh has extensive work experience in human resources and talent development. Suzanne started their career in 1989 as an Operations Manager at Contract Staff Services, Inc. Suzanne then worked as the Director of Human Resources at Master Care from 1991 to 1993. From 1994 to 1996, they served as the Human Resources Director at Family Care Home Health. In 1997, they became a Human Resources Consultant at Leadership Strategies, Inc., where they worked until 1999. In 1998, they joined Southern Kentucky Rehabilitation Hospital as the Director of Human Resources and Division HR Director. Suzanne held this position until 2018, during which they also served as the Senior Director of Talent Development/Division Human Resources Director at Vibra Healthcare. In 2018, they were promoted to Vice President of Talent Development at Vibra Healthcare and recently became the SVP of Human Resources in July 2021. Suzanne'sexperience involves talent development activities, human resources consultation, and leadership in various healthcare and consulting organizations.

Suzanne Paugh obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Political Science and Government from Western Kentucky University, which they completed from 1983 to 1986. Suzanne further pursued their education at the same university and earned a Master's degree in Political Science and Government from 1984 to 1988. Suzanne Paugh also holds a certification in the DDI Facilitator Certification Process Workshop, which they obtained from Development Dimensions International in January 2021.
