Regine Chua

Regine Chua has over 20 years of work experience in human resources, with a focus on business partnering and full spectrum HR management. Regine is currently serving as the Country HR Lead at IDS Medical Systems (idsMED) since April 2023. Prior to their current role, they were the Head of HR at Kimly Construction Pte Ltd from June 2019 to March 2023. Regine also worked as an HR Business Partner at Dairy Farm Group from December 2018 to June 2019, and at ComfortDelGro from November 2014 to November 2018. Regine started their career as an HR & Sales Admin Executive at ST Electronics in September 2011 and then went on to hold the position of Senior Human Resource Executive at Motherland Electronic Hardware Pte Ltd from December 2006 to August 2011. Regine began their HR journey as a Human Resource Executive at Electronic Hardware Trading in August 2001 and stayed with the company until December 2005.

Regine Chua completed a Postgraduate Diploma in Strategic Human Capital Management with a specialization in Reward Management at SHRI Academy from 2019 to 2020. Regine later pursued a degree in Strategic Human Resource Management at the National University of Singapore, expected to be completed in 2023. Prior to their postgraduate studies, they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Management, General from University College Dublin. Regine Chua has also obtained several certifications, including proficiency in People Experience and Strategic Workforce Planning from the Institute for Human Resource Professionals (IHRP) in 2022 and 2019 respectively, as well as an IHRP-CP certification in September 2018. Regine is also ACTA certified, obtained through the Institute of Adult Learning (IAL).
