Colin Wells

Colin Wells is currently the Manager of 988 Digital Operations at Vibrant Emotional Health, responsible for supporting chat/text operations for the 988 lifeline. Previously, Colin worked as a Crisis Services Digital Associate and later as a Crisis Services Digital Supervisor at The Trevor Project, where they supported volunteer counselors and crisis workers on chat and text platforms. Prior to that, Colin worked as a Program Aide at Visions Adolescent Treatment Centers and as a Wwoofer at Hiyu Wine Farm, gaining extensive experience in farming and vineyard operations. Colin holds a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from UC Santa Barbara.
