Erika Kozlowski

Erika Kozlowski is an experienced human resources professional with a strong background in employee relations, payroll processing, and benefits administration. Currently serving as the Employee Relations Director at Vibrant Health since October 2023, Erika previously held key roles such as People Services Director at the YMCA of Greater Kansas City and Human Resources Director at Hotel Kansas City, where responsibilities included managing employee relations from hiring to terminations and overseeing payroll for multiple associates. Previous experience also includes positions at Hilton President Hotel, Embassy Suites KCI, and other organizations, establishing a comprehensive skill set in human resources and customer service. Erika earned a Bachelor of Business Administration in Business Management and Hospitality/Tourism Management from Grand Valley State University.
