Laura Richards

Laura Richards has over 20 years of experience in human resources. Laura currently holds the position of Chief Human Resources Officer at Vibrant Health, where they have been working since an unspecified date. Prior to this, they served as the Director of Human Resources at the same company starting from August 2021. From 2018 to 2021, Laura held the role of Director of Employee Relations & Engagement at Metropolitan Community College-Kansas City and also worked as an Adjunct Instructor from October 2019 onwards. Laura Richards obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in Corporate Communications from Avila University from 1995 to 1998. Laura then pursued a Master of Arts degree in HR Management & HR Development from Webster University from 2001 to 2003.
