Matthew Littleton

Matthew Littleton, M.Ed., serves as the Director of HR Technology at Vibrantz Technologies Inc. since August 2024. Previously, Matthew held the position of Global HRIS Director - Workday at Elanco from June 2022 to August 2024, managing a team supporting the global Workday HCM system. Prior experience includes roles as HRIS Manager - Workday at Bridgestone Americas, where responsibilities encompassed managing and configuring the Workday system, and as Senior HRIS Analyst at UAMS, providing support and maintenance for HR systems. Matthew's career also includes positions in technical consulting and human resources analysis across various organizations. Educational qualifications include a Master of Education in Learning Systems Technology and two Bachelor of Business Administration degrees in Business Information Systems and Human Resources Management, all from the University of Arkansas at Little Rock.
