Jim has over 25 years of experience in human capital management. In his role at Vibrent Health, he oversees all aspects of their most valuable resource, the people that make Vibrent Health a leader in heath research technology. His team is responsible for talent acquisition, professional development, human capital management and partnering with the leadership team to shape the organizational culture. Prior to joining Vibrent, Jim served in the US Army, first in human intelligence collection and then as a career counselor. In the business sector, he has helped drive organizational culture, and professional development and scale the business for organizations such as Amerigroup (an Anthem company), Personal Decisions International (a Korn Ferry company), SOC Telemed, and Maag Group. While at SOC Telemed he stood up the HR function and helped take the company public. He holds an M.S. degree in Industrial/Organizational Psychology from Old Dominion University.
