Andrea Golan

Andrea Golan is an experienced legal professional currently serving as Counsel at Vicente LLP since February 2019. Prior to this role, Andrea held positions as a Senior Associate at Wood, Smith, Henning & Berman LLP and as an Associate Attorney at Gladych & Associates, Inc. Legal expertise includes extensive knowledge in FDA laws, California’s Unfair Competition Law, and legal research involving the sale of food and drugs, among other areas. Earlier work experience includes roles as a law clerk for the Orange County District Attorney’s Office and the California Department of Justice, where Andrea contributed to tort claims and civil trial preparations. Additional background includes litigation support with Earth Forensics and a technical writing position related to legal compliance issues. Andrea Golan holds a Juris Doctor from Whittier Law School and a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from UC San Diego.
