Paola Andrea Jaramillo Isaza has a diverse work experience spanning various industries. Paola Andrea started their professional journey in 2000 as a Coordinator of HR at Colombiana de Proteccion y Seguridad, where they were responsible for managing human resources activities. Paola Andrea then moved on to JM Inmobiliaria Oficial in 2006, where they worked as an Executive Salesperson for five years. During this time, they were involved in sales activities and successfully contributed to the growth of the company. In 2013, Paola joined Vichara Technologies as an Administrative-Financial & HR Manager. Paola Andrea'sresponsibilities included resource management, procurement, hiring, and overseeing the HR processes. Paola Andrea was also involved in budgeting and strategic planning for the organization. In 2014, they took a position as a Physiotherapist at Institución Universitaria Escuela Colombiana de Rehabilitación and worked there until 2017. Throughout their career, Paola has developed a wide range of skills in administration, finance, sales, and human resources management.

Lastly, in 1996 to 1998, they attended Academia de Dibujo Profesional and obtained a Técnico en Dibujo Arquitectónico y Decoración de Interiores degree.
