Daniel Walden

Superintendent & President at Victor Valley College

Daniel Walden is the current Superintendent & President at Victor Valley College. Prior to their current position, they served as the Academic Dean at Los Angeles Southwest College from August 2003 to June 2012. Daniel also previously worked at Victor Valley College.

Daniel Walden's educational career began at Cerritos College, where they earned an Associate's degree. Daniel then transferred to California State University-Long Beach, where they earned a Bachelor's degree in Sociology. After working for a few years, they decided to return to school and earned a Master of Divinity (MDiv) from Fuller Theological Seminary. After working as a pastor for a few years, they decided to pursue a PhD in Higher Education/Higher Education Administration from Claremont Graduate University. Daniel also earned a Master of Arts (MA) in Education from Claremont Graduate University while working on their PhD.
