Administrative Secretary at Victor Valley College

Rachel Cardenas serves as an Administrative Assistant at Victor Valley College since July 2018, handling advanced administrative and clerical duties while facilitating communication among faculty, staff, and the public. Prior to this role, Rachel operated as a Notary Public and Owner of RRC Mobile Notary from March 2017 to March 2024, providing mobile notary services and actively marketing to clients. Experience also includes serving as a Receptionist/Coordinator at Breeze Notary Service from May 2015 to June 2017, managing appointment scheduling and client communications. Additional volunteer work in the Civil Department at the Superior Courthouse of Victorville involved document management and customer assistance. Educational achievements include pursuing a Master’s in Organizational Leadership and Management at Pacific Oaks College, a Bachelor of Science in Organizational Leadership from Azusa Pacific University, and an Associate of Arts from Victor Valley Community College, along with a Dental Assistant Certificate from North-West College.
