John Hall

John Hall has a diverse work experience spanning over three decades. John started their career as an Aerodynamic Engineer at BAE Systems in 1990. John then transitioned to a Senior Tax Consultant role at KPMG in 1991 and later became a Tax Manager at GKN plc in 1997. In 2006, they joined Aggreko as a Group Tax Manager before moving to Jaguar Land Rover in 2008, where they served as Tax Director for over a decade. Following that, they worked as a Senior Policy Adviser at HM Treasury from 2021 to 2022. John then joined Cromwell as an Interim Head of Tax in 2022 and currently holds the position of Group Director of Tax at Victoria Plc, starting in 2023.

John Hall attended the University of Oxford from 1987 to 1990, where they studied Mathematics. After completing their undergraduate degree, they obtained additional certifications. In 1995, they became a Chartered Accountant through the ICAEW. A year later, in March 1996, they obtained the Chartered Tax Advisor certification from the Chartered Institute of Taxation (CIOT).
