Sharon Fortner

Sharon Fortner is a seasoned mortgage lender and branch manager with extensive experience in the finance industry. Since March 2016, Sharon has served as the Branch Manager and Lender for the South Carolina offices of Victorian Finance, LLC, leveraging advanced technology to support clients and Realtor partners. Prior to this role, Sharon was the Branch Manager at Primary Residential Mortgage from August 2013 to March 2016, focusing on loan applications and approvals in the Myrtle Beach market. Sharon co-owned Priority Mortgage Corp alongside John Fortner for 20 years, managing multiple locations across North Carolina and South Carolina. Sharon Fortner holds a Bachelor of Applied Science in Sociology and Education from Appalachian State University.
