Monte R. Young

Monte R. Young has extensive experience in compensation and rewards, with a focus on senior leadership positions. Monte R. is currently the Senior Vice President of Total Rewards, People Services & Technology at Victoria's Secret & Co., a position they assumed in April 2023. Prior to that, they held the role of Vice President of Total Rewards at the same company from November 2022 to April 2023.
