Kelsey Murray

Team Lead, Customer Success at Victorious

Kelsey Murray is currently the Customer Success Junior Team Lead at Victorious. Kelsey has a long and varied work history that includes customer service, operations management, event coordination, and performing arts.

Kelsey's first job was as a sales associate at Hard Rock Cafe. Kelsey then became an operations manager at Bonapart Home LLC. After that, they did a literary internship at Story Merchant before becoming a performer with The ALONE Experience. Kelsey then worked as a personal assistant for LB Entertainment and as an event coordinator for ArcLight Cinemas.

In November 2017, Kelsey began working as a dispatch supervisor for Wag Labs Inc. Kelsey left Wag Labs in May 2019 to become the customer experience manager at Artful. Kelsey held this position until July 2020 when they joined Victorious.

Kelsey Murray completed an Associate of Arts degree in Theatre/Theater at Los Angeles City College.

Kelsey Murray reports to Whitney Tosh, Director of Customer Success. They work with Mandi Pierru - Customer Success Manager, Baylee Maina - Customer Success Manager, and Jenn Solis - Customer Success Team Lead.
