John Uricchio CRPS® iC(k)P® has a diverse and extensive work experience in the financial industry. John is currently serving as the Eastern Divisional Sales Director - Retirement Solutions Group at Victory Capital since 2020. Prior to this, they worked at Russell Investments as the Business Development Director - Defined Contribution Advisor & Intermediary Solutions from 2017 to 2020. In this role, they provided subject matter expertise, developed relationships with platform partners, and worked on offering asset allocation capabilities and advisor distribution for retirement plans.

From 2017 to 2008, John worked as an Independent Consultant at U Financial, where they provided consulting services. John also served as the Senior Vice President & Managing Director, Head of Retirement & College Savings at Voya Investment Management (formerly known as ING U.S. Investment Management) from 2008 to 2017. Lastly, they held the position of Vice President at Voya Financial from 2001 to 2007.

Prior to that, they attended South Catholic High School from 1983 to 1987. In addition to their formal education, John has obtained several certifications throughout their career. John obtained the Certified 401(k) Professional Designation from The Retirement Advisor University (TRAU) in January 2023. In January 2014, they earned the CRPS certification from The American College of Financial Services. John also holds multiple FINRA certifications including the Series 51 obtained in August 2011, Series 65 obtained in February 1999, Series 24 obtained in January 1999, Series 7 obtained in December 1998, Series 63 obtained in June 1998, and Series 6 obtained in November 1995.
