Zach Winters

Zach Winters, CFA, has extensive experience in fixed income research and portfolio management. Currently serving as a Portfolio Manager and Senior Analyst at Victory Capital since July 2019, Zach previously held the role of Senior Fixed Income Research Analyst (CMBS) at USAA from June 2007 to July 2019, where responsibilities included performing structured fixed income research for insurance portfolios and mutual funds focused on a $10 billion CMBS portfolio. Earlier in the career, Zach worked as a Junior Equity Analyst from 2011 to 2012, developing actionable investment theses in the Consumer Discretionary Industry. Zach holds an MBA from St. Mary's University and a BBA in Finance from Texas State University.
