Alan Ridgway began their career in 2011 as a Surface-Mount Technology Manufacturer for Advanced Medical Instruments. In 2013, they worked as a Construction Assistant for NBRenovations, LLC. In 2014, they were an Pipeline Engineering Intern for Willbros Engineers, Inc. In 2015, they became a Project Engineer for Zeeco, Inc. Finally, in 2017, they were a Manager - Firetube Design & Project Execution, Design & Project Engineer, and Project Manager for Victory Energy Operations, LLC.

Alan Ridgway received a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Oklahoma State University in 2015, having started their studies there in 2011.
