Matt's early career includes a role as a Territory Sales Representative at PepsiCo from July 2010 to July 2012. In this position, they developed accounts, increased sales volume, and managed relationships with retail centers.

Matt later pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Business, Management, Marketing, and Related Support Services at Southern Nazarene University from 2017 to 2019. In addition to their formal education, Matt has obtained certifications in Data Analytics Essentials, Data Visualization & Dashboard Essentials, and Excel Essentials for Data Analytics from Coursera in January 2023.
