Lori joined Victory Hemp Foods with over 20 years industry experience in USDA and FDA food and beverage manufacturing facilities. She is a subject matter expert in HACCP and FDA based Preventive Controls Food Safety plan development and systems management. Having served in various roles throughout her career with organizations including Koch Foods, Odom’s Tennessee Pride, Perdue Farms, Coca Cola Bottling, Five Star Custom Foods, and most recently, HB Specialty foods, Lori has vast knowledge and experience in slaughter, raw processing, dry ingredients and ready to eat manufacturing facilities. In these roles, she developed and managed all facets of food safety and quality management systems, including and GFSI certifications for both SQF and BRC schemes. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Agriculture from the University of Tennessee with core studies in Animal Science and Extension Education. She is HACCP and FSPCA (lead instructor) certified and holds a Lean Yellow Belt Certification.
