Torri Derks

Torri Derks has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. They started their career in 2010 as a Volunteer Leader at Young Life and later worked as a Pool Manager at Greenville Country Club from 2012 to 2013. In 2014, they interned at Victory Junction and also worked as a Lifeguard and Cabin Counselor. They then briefly worked as a Hostess at Eschelon Experiences. In 2015, they joined YMCA of the Triangle as a Counselor and later became the CILT Director. They also worked as a Recreation Coordinator at Broward Children's Center during this time. In 2016, Torri worked as a Teaching Assistant at Wake County Public School System and as a Full Time Counselor at YMCA of the Triangle. They joined Relias in 2016 and held multiple roles, including Support Consultant, Migration Consultant, and Client Care Trainer. Currently, Torri is working as a Program Support Manager at Victory Junction since 2021.

Torri Derks attended Green Hope High School from 2005 to 2009 and earned a High School Diploma. Following that, they studied at East Carolina University from 2009 to 2014, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Family and Community Services.
