Ola A. Ezzat

Ola A. Ezzat is an experienced human resources professional with a solid background in recruitment and talent acquisition. Currently serving as Human Resources Manager at VictoryLink since April 2014, Ola is responsible for managing job postings on social media and maintaining the careers page on the company’s website, as well as developing a pool of qualified candidates. Prior to this role, Ola held positions as Human Resources Supervisor and Senior HR Specialist within the same organization. Earlier experience includes serving as Recruitment Team Leader at Global Consulting House from February 2012 to April 2014, where Ola managed a team of four and focused on maintaining high motivation levels.
