Padraic Dillon

Padraic Dillon has extensive work experience in the construction materials industry. Padraic is currently the Managing Partner at Victory Rock LLC, a role they have held since May 2022. Prior to this, they served as the Vice President of Business Development at VICTORY ROCK TEXAS, LLC starting in February 2021.

Before their time at Victory Rock, Padraic Dillon held various roles at Austin Materials - a Summit Materials Operating Company. Padraic was the Aggregates Manager from January 2018 to September 2020 and also served as the Austin Area Manager from November 2016 to December 2017. Additionally, they worked as the Assistant Operations Manager from March 2016 to October 2016.

Padraic Dillon also gained experience at Ramming Companies - A Summit Materials Operating Company, where they held the position of Senior Manager of Aggregates & Asphalt Sales from January 2014 to July 2015. Padraic was responsible for overseeing and managing all aggregate and asphalt sales activities in Austin, Texas.

Prior to their role at Ramming Companies, Padraic Dillon worked at Summit Materials as the VP of Sales - Texas Companies from June 2012 to December 2013. Padraic implemented sales and marketing best practices and developed annual budgets and demand forecasts. Padraic also served as the Director of Operational Improvement from October 2009 to June 2012, where they worked closely with operating companies to optimize profit margins and streamline management reporting.

Earlier in their career, Padraic Dillon gained experience at Tilcon New York Inc. as the Regional Manager from January 2009 to September 2009. Padraic was responsible for coordinating operations and sales at Tilcon's Keasbey facility, as well as material and construction sales for multiple counties. Padraic also worked as a Sales Representative from January 2006 to December 2008 and as a Quality Control Technician from September 2002 to December 2005.

Padraic Dillon attended Muhlenberg College from 1998 to 2002, where they pursued a Bachelor of Arts degree in History.
