Beccy Johnston

Beccy Johnston has a diverse work experience in human resources. Beccy started their career as an ER Consultant at Swinton Insurance in 2008, where they worked until 2015. From 2016 to 2017, Beccy served as a Senior HR Advisor at The HR Dept. Beccy then joined Co-op in 2017 as an HRA on a fixed-term contract, ending in January 2018. In March 2018, they worked as an HR Business Partner (Fixed Term) at Manchester United until July 2018. Beccy is currently working at Victrex as an HR Partner from July 2018 onwards.

Beccy Johnston pursued their education in the field of human resources and business management. Beccy attended The Manchester Metropolitan University from 2001 to 2004, where they obtained a Bachelor of Arts (Hons) degree in Business Management. Following this, they continued their education at The University of Salford from 2006 to 2009, earning a Postgraduate Diploma in Human Resource Management and Development with a specialization in Human Resources.
