Head Of Market & Business Development | Global | Electronics at Victrex

Jürgen R. has a diverse work experience spanning over several decades. Jürgen is currently employed at Victrex as the Head of Market & Business Development for the Electronics sector on a global scale. In this role, they are responsible for providing strategic direction, identifying and developing new business opportunities, and managing a team.

Prior to their current position, Jürgen held various leadership roles at Victrex, including Head of Sales for the Aerospace & Automotive sectors and Head of Business Development & Sales for the Automotive sector. In these roles, they focused on revenue growth, developing and driving execution plans, and supporting integrated business planning.

Before joining Victrex, Jürgen worked at Stanley Black & Decker, Inc., where they served as a Key Account Manager for Daimler AG. In this role, they played a key role in new business pitches and business development activities.

Jürgen's earlier career includes roles as a Sales Manager at Konzelmann GmbH, where they focused on developing the marketplace and generating new clients for high precision technical plastic components. Jürgen also worked at Konzernaustausch Selbstorganisation and the International Coaching Federation in membership roles.

Throughout their career, Jürgen has demonstrated strong leadership skills, a deep understanding of the automotive industry, and the ability to drive growth and development in various sectors.

Jürgen R. began their education by attending Aalen University from 1991 to 1995, where they obtained a degree in Polymer-/Kunststofftechnik (Dipl.-Ing. (FH)). Jürgen then went on to complete a Diplomarbeit in Decor Painting and Bonding of TPE's at AUDI AG in 1995. Prior to this, from 1986 to 1989, Jürgen worked as a Facharbeiter in Kunststoffschlosser at the MANN+HUMMEL Group. In 1990 to 1991, they served in the Bundeswehr Böblingen as a Gefreiter. Before entering university, Jürgen earned a Fachabitur at Berufskolleg 1BKFH4 from 1989 to 1990.

In addition to their formal education, Jürgen R. has also acquired several certifications. Jürgen completed "Change Management for Projects" at LinkedIn in March 2023. In October 2021, they undertook the "CO-ACTIVE® Intermediate (ICF ACTP Training Program) 104hours" at the Co-Active Training Institute. In July 2021, Jürgen obtained a certification in "Eine nachhaltige Work-Life-Balance etablieren" from LinkedIn. Previously, in March 2021, they completed the "CO-ACTIVE® Fundamentals (ICF ACTP Training Program)" at the Co-Active Training Institute. Lastly, in November 2021, Jürgen earned the ICF Member Badge from the International Coaching Federation.
