Kirsty Burden has a diverse work experience in the field of HR. Kirsty began their career in 2001 as a HR Officer at Falmouth University, where they provided advice, support, and practical solutions to line managers and employees. Kirsty also had expertise in job evaluation and supported the application of HR policies and procedures. In 2011, Kirsty worked as a HR Assistant at Fugro Seacore, where they managed the recruitment database and processed new employees. Kirsty then returned to Falmouth University as a Senior HR Advisor, managing a HR caseload and supporting organizational change programs. In 2017, they joined Ribby Hall Village as a HR Advisor, where their responsibilities included managing a HR caseload, coaching line managers, and building good working relationships. Currently, Kirsty is working as an HR Partner at Victrex, providing generalist expertise to support the implementation of organizational and HR strategies and managing a full HR caseload.

Kirsty Burden attended Bournemouth University from 1995 to 1999, where they obtained a BA(Hons) in Business Studies.
