Matt Lowin

Matt Lowin began their work experience in 2004 as a Systems Test Analyst at NHS Pensions. Matt then held various roles within the company, including Operations Team Manager, Performance Management and Statistics Officer, and Business Systems Analyst. Their next position was at NHS Business Services Authority (NHSBSA), where they worked as a Business Analyst from 2010 to 2016. During this time, they focused on interpreting complex legislation and eliciting tacit knowledge from business users. Matt then worked as a Business Analyst at BAE Systems Maritime Engineering & Services, Inc. from 2016 to 2017. In 2017, they joined Victrex as a Business Analyst, where they worked on analyzing changes and requirements engineering for various IT projects. Matt most recently held the role of Solutions Architect, starting in October 2021.

Matt Lowin obtained their BA in Business Studies from The Open University from 2009 to 2014. Matt also acquired a BCS Diploma in Business Analysis from ISEB in 2009 to 2010. In addition, they attended Blackpool sixth form college from 1995 to 1997, although no degree or field of study information was provided for this period. Matt Lowin also holds the certification of Microsoft Certified: Power Platform Fundamentals, obtained from Microsoft in November 2022.
