Melina Garber

Melina Garber currently serves as Founders Associate at VIDA since March 2023. Prior experience includes significant roles at Personio from September 2018 to March 2023, where responsibilities expanded from Talent Acquisition Manager to Lead Talent Operations, overseeing team development and recruitment processes. Melina also held leadership positions in various talent acquisition roles, emphasizing strategic hiring for business roles at Personio's Munich headquarters. Prior to this, experiences included recruiting at BMW Group, assisting with recruitment events at The Boston Consulting Group, and internships focused on candidate management. Melina began professional training as a Management Assistant for Wholesale and Foreign Trade at OTTO GmbH & Co KG and holds a Bachelor's degree in Socioeconomics from the University of Hamburg, with additional study at the Hanken School of Economics.
