Ricky Cole began their work experience in 2002 as an Operations Supervisor at UPS, where they supervised the package sorting operation of 50+ employees to process a nightly average of 43,000 packages. Ricky also improved procedures in the master operating plan to increase operational efficiency and trained new-hire employees and chaired an employee retention committee to increase job satisfaction and decrease turnover. In 2009, they joined the MGM Grand Hotel & Casino Las Vegas as a Training Manager, Assistant Executive Housekeeper, and Floor Manager. Ricky'srole as Assistant Executive Housekeeper included maintaining, monitoring, and controlling 1,620+ deluxe suites and 28+ staff members to deliver timely guest service consistent with 4 Diamond standards. Ricky also forecasted staffing needs on a daily basis to achieve efficient, timely service and to maintain fiscal profitability. In 2015, they joined VidAngel as Digital Content.
Ricky Cole attended Utah Valley University from 2006 to 2009, earning an Associate's Degree in Facilities Management and a Bachelor's Degree in Technology Management.
