The executive team at VidCruiter has a long history of experience in web development, software architecture, and academia. They have worked for companies such as RGI Solutions, fokiSoft Technologies Inc., and Chalk Media. In addition, they have been involved with Fast Company Executive Board, Entrepreneur Media, and Forbes Human Resources Council. They have also taught at Université de Moncton and Florida Atlantic University.
