Florence Nony

Florence Nony has extensive work experience in human resources and management roles. Florence currently serves as the Group Human Resources Director at VIDELIO, a position they have held since August 2020. Prior to this, Florence worked at PPG Industries as the Regional HRD Emea South Architectural Coatings from January 2019 to August 2020, and as the Human Resources and Communication Director for France and Iberia from September 2016 to December 2018.

Before joining PPG Industries, Florence held the role of HRD and legal director at Brake France, a subsidiary of Brakes Bros, from March 2012 to January 2016. Florence also served as the France Group HR Director at SAP from April 2009 to March 2012, and as the Management and Resourcing Director at Harrods Ltd from May 2008 to January 2009.

Prior to these roles, Florence worked as the Group VPHR in charge of Labor Relations & Total Rewards for Redcats group at Kering from April 2006 to April 2008. Florence was also the President of "Mouvement Generation Rh" at Groupe RH&M from April 2003 to April 2008.

Florence's earlier experiences include serving as the European HR Director at Wella Service GmbH from September 2002 to April 2006 and as the HR Director at Reed Organisation from October 1997 to July 2001. Florence began their career as a Management Consultant at Quaternaire from January 1995 to October 1997.

Florence Nony has a diverse education history. In 1985, they obtained a Master's degree in international affairs and law from ICN Business School. Following that, in 1988, they participated in an exchange program with ICN Business School at Bloomsburg University of Pennsylvania, focusing on finance. In 2018, they pursued an advanced certificate in HRD be European Board ready from ESSEC Executive Education.

In addition to their formal education, Florence Nony has obtained various certifications throughout their career. In 1996, they completed the Sosie Psychometric test offered by ECPA par Pearson. In 1997, they obtained an advanced certification in MBTI (Myers-Briggs Type Indicator) from OSIRIS CONSEIL. In 2008, they obtained the Lominger competencies certification from Korn Ferry. More recently, in 2021 and 2022, they completed the Executive Presence: Tips for Women and Persuader et convaincre: Mieux communiquer avec les autres grâce à l'outil DISC certifications, respectively, through LinkedIn. Florence Nony also obtained a Hay job evaluation certification from Hay Group in 1996.
