Shaun Lysen is a Senior Principal Data Scientist at VideoAmp, with previous experience as a Principal Data Scientist leading a team on projects involving audience weighting, imputation modeling, and identity graph analytics. Prior to VideoAmp, Shaun spent over 14 years at Google, serving as a Staff Business Data Scientist and managing a team of analysts to optimize Same-Store Growth through incrementality testing and customer segmentation. Shaun also held the position of Staff Statistician, leading Joint Industry Committee methodology for YouTube, and has extensive experience in quantitative marketing, causal modeling, and statistical analysis from roles such as Senior Statistician and Senior Quantitative Analyst. Shaun began a career in academia as a Teaching Assistant and Lecturer at The Wharton School and has a Ph.D. in Statistics, complemented by a B.S. in Mathematical and Computational Sciences from Stanford University.
