Kristen Mobilia

Kristen Mobilia has a diverse work experience spanning from 1993 to 2013. Kristen started their career as the Managing Director at BH+A (Bargmann Hendrie + Archetype, Inc.), where they oversaw strategic planning, operational management, budgeting, financial reporting, and HR support for a team of 50. Kristen also had responsibilities in banking, tax preparation, office moves, and contract administration. Kristen then took a sabbatical in Paris from May to September 2005. After their sabbatical, they joined Cubellis, Inc. as the Director of Human Resources, where they provided full-cycle HR support for 600+ international personnel and led a team of 15 HR regional contacts and 2 corporate recruiters. In 2010, they became the Director of Operations / Human Resources at Your Garden Show Inc., where they partnered with senior executives in start-up processes, directed online advertising and monetization, and managed human resources initiatives. Finally, in 2013, Kristen joined VideoLink LLC as the VP of Finance & Administration.

Kristen Mobilia holds a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree from Colby College, where they majored in Economics and Business Administration and minored in French. Kristen also obtained a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree from Northeastern University, specializing in Organizational Behavior and International Business. Additionally, they hold a certification in SPHR from the HR Certification Institute - HRCI.
