Ali Khan has a diverse work experience spanning from 2018 to 2022. In 2018, they worked as a Watch Technician and Fossil Q Specialist at Fossil Group, Inc., a Computer Aided Design Designer for the University of Toronto Formula SAE Racing, and a Mechatronic Mobility Device Project. Ali also worked as a Mechanical Engineering Technician at Canada's Wonderland, where they inspected mechanical components, read schematic drawings, and designed and prototyped GO Cart base boards. In 2020, they worked as a Mechanical Engineering Intern at GEOTAB, where they designed a waterproof device casing and conducted stack up tolerance analysis. In 2021, they became the Suspension Team Lead at the University of Toronto Baja Racing, where they redesigned the suspension system and researched and designed front control arms. Currently, they are a Mechanical Engineer at Videri Inc.

Ali Khan attended the University of Toronto from 2017 to 2021, where they earned a Bachelor of Applied Science (BASc) in Mechanical Engineering. Ali also attended Ryerson University from 2017 to 2018, where they also earned a BASc in Mechanical Engineering. In 2019, they obtained a General Machining certification from George Brown College.
