Augiska Muliansyahputra has a diverse work experience that spans various roles and responsibilities. Starting in 2015, they worked as an intern on the Access Operation Team at Telekomunikasi Indonesia. In 2016, they completed an internship on the Fiber Optic Migration Project at PT Industri Telekomunikasi Indonesia.

From 2017 to 2019, Augiska worked at ByteDance in two different roles. Firstly, as a Junior Product Manager for the BABE app in Indonesia and Malaysia, where they were responsible for user feedback and market research. Later, they took on the role of Content Growth Project Manager, focusing on content personalization and user engagement.

In 2019, Augiska joined Tiket.com as an Associate Product Manager, where they were in charge of user behavior data tracking, experimentation planning, and post-release analysis for growth and analytics.

Currently, Augiska holds the position of Product Manager - Discovery and Recommendation at Vidio, starting in 2021. Their responsibilities include overseeing the end-to-end experience for Discovery and Recommendation, collaborating with cross-functional teams, setting product metrics, and analyzing post-release data.

Augiska Muliansyahputra completed their Bachelor's degree in Telecommunication Engineering from Telkom University from the years 2013 to 2017. Prior to that, they attended SMA Negeri 1 Balikpapan, where they completed their Senior High School education with a focus on Natural Sciences from 2011 to 2013.
