Cristina Vieira

Cristina Vieira has extensive work experience in the field of human resources. Cristina has held various roles in different organizations, starting in 1987 as a Regional Recruiter at Burntwood Regional Health Authority. From 2005 to 2008, they worked as an HR Consultant at the Province of Manitoba. Cristina then joined Vale Inco in 2008, where they held several positions, including Supervisor, Workforce Planning and Sourcing, Sr. HRBP, and Senior Supervisor - HR. In 2017, Cristina became the Superintendent of Workforce Planning and HR Systems at Vale, Manitoba Operations, where they focused on supporting the business strategy and goals through effective HR service delivery. Currently, they are the Director of Human Resources at Vidir, where they lead the HR team and contributes to the overall strategic vision of the company.

Cristina Vieira, CPHR, has a Certificate in HR Management from the University of Manitoba, obtained between 2003 and 2008. Cristina also has a Diploma in Business Administration from Red River College Polytechnic, obtained between 1984 and 1986. In addition, Cristina holds certifications in CPHR from CPHR Manitoba, acquired in 2021, and SHRM - Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP) from SHRM, obtained in March 2019.
