Aditi Kalani

Aditi Kalani is a Human Resources Manager at Vidrio Financial. Prior to their current role, they served as a Talent Management Coordinator at the Natural Resources Defense Council (NRDC) from March 2020 to June 2021. In this role, they conducted full life cycle recruiting of organizational wide entry level positions, provided exceptional client service, and owned the internship and temps’ programs. Additionally, they executed employee lifecycle activities such as onboarding, facilitating new hire orientations, initiating employee changes, responding to employee inquiries including benefits, and processing departures for the Communications and HPTC programs.

During their time at NRDC, Aditi also created a new remote onboarding and offboarding process amidst COVID19, using strong creative problem solving skills. Aditi also contributed to the manager essentials workstream by identifying themes for 7 IMT and manager sessions, presenting in a staff session, as an interactive lead by managing polls with Poll Everywhere, breakout groups, and utilizing Smartsheet. Additionally, they served as the lead point of contact to recruitment vendors, accountable for iCIMS (ATS) user support, and processed recruiting invoices.

Aditi has also facilitated presentations on recruitment process, during Process Improvement Initiative and Intern Manager Training. Aditi has also ran reports such as job assignments for recuitment team, upcoming new hires for the onboarding team, and departures for the operations (HR, Facilities, and IT) team. Lastly, they provided feedback on HR resources, such as orientation decks, Cornerstone (LMS) user cheat sheet, and communications.

Aditi Kalani has a Master of Science in Human Resources Development from Villanova University and a Bachelor of Business Administration in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from Baruch College. Aditi also has certification from SHRM in SHRM - Certified Professional (SHRM-CP).
