Wins Mathew B.E, PMP has over 20 years of experience in project management and technical engineering roles.

Wins started their career in 2001 as a Graduate Engineer Trainee at Aluminium Industries (Alind), where they gained knowledge in testing circuit breakers and switchgear components.

Then, from 2001 to 2003, they worked as a Technical Engineer at Dhabian Security Consultancy Est., where they designed security systems for palaces and government agencies.

In 2004, they joined Global Intelligent Systems LLC as a Project Engineer, leading a team in managing high-end projects and implementing process modifications for operational efficiency.

From 2007 to 2017, Wins worked at Towell Security & Safety Solutions FZCO. Initially joining as an Assistant Project Manager, they eventually became the Head of Installation/Maintenance Projects, overseeing planning, scoping, scheduling, and budgeting.

Since 2017, Wins has been with Vidsys, Inc., initially serving as a Program Manager and later promoted to Senior Director of Professional Services. In this role, they manage multiple projects globally, from pre-sales to delivery and ongoing performance monitoring.

Throughout their career, Wins has demonstrated strong leadership, project management, and technical skills, ensuring successful project delivery within specified timelines and budgets.

Wins Mathew earned a Bachelor of Engineering (B.E) degree in Electrical & Electronics from Hindustan College of Engineering from 1997 to 2001. Prior to that, they attended Abu Dhabi Indian School from 1990 to 1996, but no specific degree or field of study information was provided for this period. Wins also obtained the Project Management Professional (PMP) certification from Project Management Institute (PMI) in October 2020.
