Janet Milne

Janet Milne has a diverse range of work experience, spanning over two decades. Janet most recently worked at Vidyo as the Director of Order Management & Renewals, starting in June 2020. Prior to that, from 2019 to 2021, they served as the Sales & Operations Leader at RPM Commercial Energy Solutions & MyRate Commercial. Janet also held the position of Director of North American Sales at Hudson Energy from 2011 to 2019. Before that, they worked at Superior Energy Management, taking on roles as the Director of Commercial Sales Channels from 2008 to 2010, and as the Director of Operations from 2007 to 2008. Earlier in their career, they worked at Direct Energy as the Vice President of Operations for Eastern Canada from 2004 to 2006, and as the Director of External Services for North American Operations from 2002 to 2004. Janet also held the position of Director of Customer Care at Axxent Corporation Inc. from 1999 to 2002. Their earliest work experience includes roles at AT&T Canada, where they served as the Senior Manager of Small Business Retention from 1998 to 1999, and as the Senior Manager of Small Business Sales from 1996 to 1998.

Janet Milne attended Centennial College from 1990 to 1993, where they pursued studies in Human Resources & Business Management. Additionally, they enrolled at York University in 1990 and completed a program in Quality Customer Care by 1991.
