Previously, Sturtz held various positions at Hilti, Inc., including Segment Sales Manager and Business Unit Manager, overseeing comprehensive sales and marketing strategies and managing multi-million dollar business units. Sturtz possesses extensive experience in technical sales, product management, and team leadership across the construction and industrial sectors. Educational qualifications include a Ph.D. in Organizations and Management from Capella University and a Master's Degree in Business Administration with a Leadership Concentration from Baker College.
