Leonie Woltering is a seasoned HR professional specializing in employer branding, currently serving as the Lead Employer Branding at Viessmann Climate Solutions since January 2020. In this role, Leonie is part of the Recruiting Team, focusing on innovative and scalable activities to enhance Viessmann's reputation as a top employer and support business growth through user-centered products.
