Frank Schikarski

Frank Schikarski has extensive work experience in various roles and positions. Frank started their career in 1994 as an Experienced Manager at Accenture. From 2003 to 2005, they worked as a Principal at mbb [consult]. In 2006, they served as the Director of Finance and Operations at BenQ Deutschland GmbH. The following year, they became the CFO and Director of Finance at Chiltington International GmbH. From 2010 to 2011, they worked as the Generalbevollmächtigter and Group CFO at Avancos Technical Services Holding GmbH. In 2017, they joined Viessmann as the Head of Global Process Ownership, and later held roles as the Head of Digital Services and the Director of Business Operations and Performance. Frank also worked as a consultant and interim manager at performance focus - Management Beratung from 2009 to 2020.

Frank Schikarski attended the Karlsruhe Institute of Technology (KIT) from 1986 to 1992, where they obtained a degree in Maschinenbau (Dipl.-Ing.). Frank then went on to study at Pforzheim University from 1992 to 1994, earning a degree in Marktbezogene Betriebswirtschaftslehre (Dipl.-Wirtsch.-Ing.).
